The inside of the pouch is lined with a pattern resembling fish bones, which is the unique feature of the particular pouch and why I was willing to pay a premium for it. Forewarned it is very small; it can one full sized lipstick, but not a ballpoint pen (too short). This was not an issue for me as I like the size. The product also shipped very quickly and was well packaged.
