We process all orders as quickly as possible. Our current lead time is approximately 3-5 business days. We are a small business, and currently have a very small team processing each order by hand with the care & attention it deserves!
All orders (with the exception of custom items and art prints) will ship from our studio in Washington within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. From there, it will take approx. 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the USA, depending upon the shipping method you choose. International orders may take approx. 7-21 business days to be delivered depending on the selected shipping method.
Custom orders follow their own production time schedule and may take slightly longer to process. Custom stamps may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship as each stamp is made by hand as they are ordered.
If you need to receive your order within a specified time frame please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely! If you are purchasing a gift to be shipped to a different recipient, please simply list the recipient's address as the shipping address when you checkout. We will even include a simple gift note at no added cost!
Orders ship from our Washington state studio location. Our studio is not open to the public at this time.
If the tracking no. associated with your order indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, we ask you to please check with shipping carrier to see if they may have any additional info, and checking with other members of your household, and your neighbors to see if it was inadvertently put in their mailboxes/on their porch instead of yours.If your order was shipped via USPS, you may file a claim with USPS through this link if none of those options turn anything up.Unfortunately, we do not assume responsibility when a tracking number indicates an order was delivered to the appropriate address. We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Yes! We offer pretty neutral gift wrapping with tasteful kraft paper and fabric ribbon. Please choose the gift wrap option during the checkout process to add this service to your order. An additional fee applies.
Unfortunately, due to international shipping regulations our matches are not eligible for international transport. We will not be able to make any exceptions. We are looking into options that might allow us to offer our matches internationally in the future. The remainder of our products (everything except for our safety match products) are and will remain available for international shipment.
We offer free ground shipping on retail orders over $75, after discounts and prior to sales tax, shipping within the USA. Shipping costs for orders under $75, for international orders, and for rush orders will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination address.
If you chose the shipping option "USPS First Class Mail (no tracking)" for your card instead of the option that includes a tracking number, this means your card was sent via USPS first class mail with a postage stamp as opposed to with a shipping label containing a tracking number. If you choose to send your card without tracking we have no way of seeing where it might be and why it has not been delivered to you by USPS. This is a more cost-effective way of sending cards through the mail, but it does come with the obvious downside of not being able to actually track the card in the rare instance it does not get delivered.Once we hand over your letter to USPS it really is out of our hands, as we have no say in how, when or with what level of care they deliver their letters and packages. This is why a tracking number provides an extra layer of oversight with your order. Typically there are no issues, but we do often see when there are issues they tend to occur around the holidays (especially big card-sending holidays like Mother's and Father's Day, Christmas, etc.) - there can be delays and delivery issues which are unfortunate & annoying, but also out of our control.Unfortunately, we do not assume responsibility for a lost card if it has been shipped without a tracking number by your choice.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. All international orders are appropriately marked as "merchandise" and include the actual cost of the item, as required, on the customs form.
Unfortunately with international shipping orders the tracking number doesn't always get updated by the carrier when the parcel leaves the USA. Although this is very frustrating, it is also completely out of our control. International shipping can also take quite a while to be delivered. Please give the parcel a few more weeks to be delivered, and consider contacting the postal carrier with your tracking number for additional information in the meantime.
At this time it is not possible to combine separate orders to ship together as we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed in the order received.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We include product dimensions and details in each product description to ensure you have as much information as possible when making your purchase decision. However, we understand that sometimes you change your mind! Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of receipt (with the exception of the items listed below). To initiate a return please simply reach out via email to hello@frankieandclaude.com with your order number.
The following items are not eligible for returns: Customized items, edible products, hair accessories (for hygiene reasons), used writing utensils, matches that show wear on the strike pad, any item that is no longer in new and unused condition.
Return Instructions:
If you received an item marked as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you must have a gift receipt to return the item for store credit.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but will always try to be as accommodating as we are able to.
If your order arrived damaged, simply provide a photo of the damaged item and a replacement of the damaged or defective item will be shipped to you immediately.

Once our system receives your order it is immediately transferred to processing and shipping, at which point we are unable to make any changes to your order. Orders process as quickly as possible.
