The quickest and easiest way to place a wholesale order is through our wholesale page on Faire. PLEASE use this link when ordering from us on Faire, as it helps to save us from paying steep commission fees. If you prefer to order off Faire you may also email your SKUs or complete our order form (found in our catalog) and send to hello@frankieandclaude.com.

$175 opening order minimum. $100 reorder minimum.

Payments may be made by credit card. All payments are processed at the time of shipment.

Our current lead time is approximately 3-5 business days. We are a small business, and currently have a very small team processing each order by hand with the care & attention it deserves! If you need to receive your order within a specified time frame please let us know in advance.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Camas, Washington. We typically ship domestic orders via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Parcel Select Ground.

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Our products may not be re-labeled or re-packaged under your brand. Boxed/packaged sets may not be broken up. Failure to comply will result in immediate account termination.

Amazon, Etsy, eBay and similar such website sales are prohibited. We do not allow our retailers to sell our goods on third-party marketplaces.

Requests for cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order; we will do our best to accommodate your request if we have not yet started processing your order. Wholesale orders placed through our Faire page are subject to Faire's Return Policies. Wholesale orders placed directly through Frankie & Claude are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, due to international shipping regulations our matches are not eligible for international transport. We will not be able to make any exceptions. We are looking into options that might allow us to offer our matches internationally in the future. The remainder of our product line (everything except for our safety match products) are and will remain available for international shipment.

Generally, no we do not offer private labeling. However, we are always open to hearing from you so if you have a request relating to private labeling please reach out. Smaller orders will not be considered for private labeling.
